The site in Telford is to be a new Extra Care facility, which will comprise of 20 one bedroom apartments and 50 two bedroom apartments. Extra Care provides accommodation for independent living in community settings. Residents here will have access to a new lounge, cafe, hair salon and gardens. The care home will be opening in early 2024.
Our work consists of manufacturing & installing stair balustrades and handrails to the four main stair cores, 15 two storey stack balconies complete with decking, integrated drainage and balustrading, and 20 vertical bar Juliet balconies.
