Points Cross is a new development in Leeds' South Bank of 928 new homes consisting of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments. We are currently working to complete Phase 1 of the development, with the first 311 homes scheduled to be opening towards the end of 2023.
For Phase 1, Eagledale is manufacturing and installing 290m of balustrades & 410m of handrails to the five main stairwells in Blocks A & B.
The chosen design is a mild steel vertical bar balustrade with a convex handrail, and a matching convex wall fixed handrail.
