Eagledale has completed work on Bond's Lodge, a new £6.8 million development in Belgrade Plaza in Coventry city centre. The development consists of 45 one and two bedroom apartments for the elderly across three stories. 

Eagledale has manufactured and installed stainless steel & glass balustrades and stainless steel handrails for the three main staircases in the building, two bespoke gates to the store rooms off Bond Street, and supplied ironmongery throughout the complex.
