Office Equipment Refurbishment

Mercia Hardware Ltd are looking for a contractor(s)/suppliers to upgrade our office equipment based in our Coventry premises. We are tendering for quotes for the completion of the following: 
Supply & Installation of New Office Phones 
Supply & Installation of New Office Computers & Printers, Including Ongoing IT Support 
New ERP Software, Including Transfer From Current Software & Ongoing Support 
 
We expect to commence this project as soon as possible i.e.  December 2024/January 2025 with completion by July 2025. Payments will be made in installments as each phase of the project is completes as above. We will assess each bid for the tender in the following way: 
Price (40%) 
Timescales (40 %) 
Experience/Track Record (20%)
